ตั้งอยู่บ้านคูหาพัฒนา ตำบลนาสี ชาวบ้านทั่วไป เรียกว่า "วัดถ้ำ" เป็นโบราณสถานที่สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์และโบราณคดี ภายในถ้ำมีโบราณวัตถุและรูปพระเจ้าไชยเชษฐาแห่งเมืองเวียงจันทน์ ในบริเวณที่ตั้งวัดมีภูเขาลูกหนึ่ง ซึ่งเขาลูกนี้มีถ้ำใหญ่น้อยหลายแห่ง เช่น ถ้ำใหญ่ ถ้ำแจ้ง ถ้ำมือ และถ้ำแก้ว โดยถ้ำใหญ่อยู่ตอนล่างสุด เวลาเข้าถ้ำจะต้องผ่านถ้ำนี้ก่อนเสมอ พื้นถ้ำเรียบ เพดานโค้งครึ่งวงกลมเหมือนประทุนเรือ ตลอดความยาวของถ้ำประดับตกแต่งด้วยกระเบื้อง ถ้วย จานเชิงลายคราม และเบญจรงค์ ถ้ำใหญ่ยังใช้เป็นวิหารมีพระพุทธรูปปูนปั้นต่าง ๆ ประดิษฐานอยู่หลายองค์ ที่สำคัญ คือ พระพุทธไสยาสน์องค์ใหญ่สีทองอร่าม
