ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขาห่างจากพระธาตุศรีสองรัก 1 กิโลเมตร สิ่งก่อสร้างภายในวัดล้วนก่อสร้างด้วยศิลาแลง ภายในพระอุโบสถประดิษฐานพระพุทธชินราช (องค์จำลอง) เป็นพระประธาน และยังมีมณฑปที่ตั้งอยู่ด้านหลังพระอุโบสถ ภายในมีหุ่นขี้ผึ้งของหลวงพ่อพระมหาพันธ์ สีลวิสุทโธ ผู้ริเริ่มสร้างวัดและได้มรณภาพไปแล้วประดิษฐานอยู่
