เป็นถ้ำขนาดใหญ่ที่ภายในมีหินงอกหินย้อยตระการตาเป็นจำนวนมาก ทั้งนี้ นักโบราณคดีพากันสันนิษฐานว่า ในอดีตบริเวณแถบนี้น่าจะเป็นท้องทะเลมาก่อน ต่อมาน้ำทะเลได้ลดระดับลง ประกอบกับฝนที่ตกลงมา ตามฤดูกาลได้กัดกร่อน ละลายหินปูนไปตามผนัง เป็นเช่นนี้ยาวนานนับหมื่นปี จนก่อเกิดหินงอกหินย้อยดัง ที่ได้เห็นในปัจจุบัน ที่ตั้ง :หมู่ 3 ตำบลบ่อทอง อำเภอบ่อทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่เลยเขาชะอางค์ทรงเครื่องไปประมาณ 7 กิโลเมตร
