ตั้งอยู่ตำบลหนองเรือ เป็นชุมชนริมอ่างเก็บน้ำท่าลาด ซึ่งกำเนิดมาจากเขื่อนอุบลรัตน์ โดยคนในชุมชนนี้จะเรียกตัวเองว่า “คลังปลาแห่งที่ราบสูง” เพราะประกอบอาชีพหลักคือการทำประมง โดยของขึ้นชื่อของชุมชนนี้ คือปลาส้มสายเดี่ยว ซึ่งนำปลาที่ได้จากอ่างเก็บน้ำมาแปรรูปเป็นปลาส้มปั้นก้อน แล้วนำใบตองมาฉีกเป็นเส้น พันไว้กันเนื้อปลาติดกัน นิยมนำไปทอดรับประทานคู่กับข้าวเหนียว
สิ่งที่น่าสนใจอีกอย่างหนึ่งในชุมชนคือ แพยอยักษ์ หรือสะดุ้ง จำนวนหลายร้อยตัว ที่เป็นอีกอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้จับปลาและยังเป็นที่อยู่อาศัยของคนหาปลา
