Located in Wihan Khao Subdistrict, it is commonly known by locals as Wat Luang Por Pae. Luang Por Pae Khemanggaro, or Phra Thep Singhaburacharn, was once the governor of Sing Buri province. He passed away in 1999, having significantly developed the religious sites within Wat Pikulthong and promoted Pariyattidhamma studies for monks and novices.

Luang Por Pae Museum, displaying the history and personal belongings of Luang Por Pae from the past to the present. Additionally, there is a large Buddha image in the gesture of granting wishes, one of the largest in Thailand.
Phra Buddha Suwan Mongkol Mahamuni, or Luang Por Yai, with a lap width of 11 wa, 2 sok, and 7 inches, and a height of 21 wa, 1 kheu, and 3 inches. It is constructed of reinforced concrete adorned with 24-karat natural gold mosaic. Surrounding the main viharn is a cloister housing Buddha images representing each day of the week and a large statue of Phra Sangkajai. The temple grounds feature a Dharma garden and beautiful structures amidst a serene and shaded atmosphere. Furthermore, there are rotating flower fields planted throughout the year, such as sunflowers and cosmos in the winter, red flowers around Valentine's Day, and colorful flowers in the summer.
