ตั้งอยู่ตำบลมะเกลือใหม่ เป็นสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมกรรมฐานสายพระอาจารย์มั่น ภูริทัตโต ตั้งอยู่บนเขาช้างหลวง ส่วนนึงของทิวเขาภูหลวง สูง 760 เมตรจากระดับทะเลปานกลาง เป็นส่วนนึงของพื้นที่เควสตาโคราช หรือสันเขาหินทรายของหมวดหินพระวิหาร ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายมีดอีโต้ของไทย โดยภูเขามีด้านชันด้านหนึ่ง ด้านลาดอีกด้านหนึ่ง ภายในวัดประกอบด้วย พระบรมธาตุเจดีย์ศรีภูผาสูง หรือพระธาตุจอมผา จากที่ตั้งของวัดสามารถมองเห็นทิวทัศน์ของอำเภอปากช่องได้อย่างชัดเจน
