ตั้งอยู่หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลหงาว เป็นวัดที่มีพื้นที่กว้างขวาง ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับภูเขาหญ้า ภายในวัดมีพระอุโบสถตั้งอยู่กลางลานกว้าง และบันไดขึ้นลงพระอุโบสถทั้งสี่ทิศ ตัวพระอุโบสถมี 2 ชั้น รอบฐานพระอุโบสถเป็นหินแกะสลักเรื่องราวเมืองระนอง ภายในพระอุโบสถประดิษฐานพระประธาน ชาวบ้านเรียกกันว่า หลวงพ่อดีบุก เป็นพระพุทธรูปปางมารวิชัย ทำจากแร่ดีบุก ซึ่งเป็นแร่สำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจของเมืองระนองในอดีต ด้านหลังพระอุโบสถมีบันไดปูน 300 ขั้น สร้างขึ้นไปบนเนินเขา สำหรับใช้ในประเพณีตักบาตรเทโวของชาวระนองและยังเป็นจุดที่สามารถชมทิวทัศน์ในมุมสูงได้ 360 องศา
