ตั้งอยู่ริมทางหลวงหมายเลข 2 (ถนนมิตรภาพ) ฝั่งขาเข้าตัวเมืองนครราชสีมา ภายในอุทยานฯ มีวิหารหลวงพ่อโต เป็นมหาวิหารแบบกุฎาคาร (เรือนยอดเจดีย์) ประดิษฐานรูปหล่อสมเด็จพระพุฒาจารย์ (โต พรหมรังษี) องค์ใหญ่ มีขนาดหน้าตักกว้าง 8 เมตร 1 นิ้ว สูง 13 เมตร หนัก 61 ตัน จัดสร้างและดำเนินการโดยมูลนิธิสมเด็จพระพุฒาจารย์ (โต พรหมรังสี) เมตตาบารมี ก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จเมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2543 บริเวณโดยรอบอุทยานฯ ได้จัดแต่งภูมิทัศน์เป็นสวนหินและสวนหย่อมอย่างสวยงาม
