ตั้งอยู่ตำบลปากน้ำประแส เป็นป่าชายเลนผืนใหญ่ที่สุดในจังหวัดระยอง บนเนื้อที่ 9.6 ตารางกิโลเมตร เป็นแหล่งอนุบาลสัตว์ทะเลตามธรรมชาติ มีเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติบนสะพานไม้ทอดยาวระยะทางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร ซึ่งมีต้นโกงกางและต้นโปรงขึ้นเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะต้นโปรงถือเป็นพันธุ์ไม้เด่นของที่นี่ ด้วยลักษณะเฉพาะที่ยอดใบมีสีเขียวอ่อนอมเหลืองทำให้ยามต้องแสงแดดดูสวยงามสะดุดตา สามารถท่องเที่ยวได้ตลอดทั้งปี
