ตั้งอยู่ตำบลวังน้ำขาว เดิมชื่อ “ถ้ำพระราม” ได้ปรากฏอยู่ในหลักศิลาจารึกพ่อขุนรามคำแหงมหาราช ต่อมาชาวบ้านเรียกเพี้ยนเป็น “ถ้ำเจ้าราม” จากหลักฐานและคำบอกเล่าถ้ำเจ้ารามน่าจะมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับพ่อขุนรามคำแหงฯ คือ เป็นที่พักผ่อนของพ่อขุนรามคำแหงฯ เพราะบริเวณถ้ำมีธรรมชาติที่สวยงาม และเป็นที่หลบภัยจากข้าศึกศัตรู ภายในถ้ำเป็นที่โล่งกว้างด้านบนมีปล่องแสงพระอาทิตย์ส่องลงมาได้ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นที่อาศัยของค้างคาวกินแมลงหลายชนิดที่สำคัญ คือ ค้างคาวปากย่น นักท่องเที่ยวนิยมไปชมค้างคาวบินออกจากถ้ำในเวลาประมาณ 18.00 น.
