อยู่บนเนินเขาในหุบเหมืองแร่เก่า บ้านทุ่งคา ตำบลหาดส้มแป้น (ห่างจากวัดหาดส้มแป้นไป 3 กิโลเมตร) ลักษณะภูมิประเทศเกิดจากการทำเหมืองในสมัยก่อน โดยใช้น้ำฉีดไล่ดินเพื่อแยกแร่ หลังจากเลิกทำเหมืองแร่น้ำที่ฉีดได้ชะล้างหน้าดินออกไปจนกลายเป็นแอ่งลึก ประกอบกับมีตาน้ำผุดขึ้นมารวมกับน้ำฝน เกิดเป็นแอ่งน้ำใสสะท้อนกับสีเขียวของแมกไม้ต่าง ๆ ที่ขึ้นอยู่บนหน้าผาที่รายล้อมบึง บรรยากาศเหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อน และให้อาหารปลาในแอ่งน้ำ ยามเช้ามักจะมีไอหมอกลอยปกคลุมเหนือผืนน้ำ ส่วนยามเย็น ในบริเวณนี้เป็นจุดชมดวงอาทิตย์ตกได้อย่างสวยงาม
