ตั้งอยู่ภายในวัดบ้านไร่ ตำบลกุดพิมาน ซึ่งเคยเป็นสถานที่จำพรรษาของหลวงพ่อคูณ ปริสุทฺโธ หรือ พระเทพวิทยาคม ภายในพิพิธภัณฑ์ฯ นำเสนออัตชีวประวัติของหลวงพ่อคูณ ตั้งแต่เยาว์วัยจนอุปสมบทเป็นพระภิกษุ ท่านเป็นพระอริยสงฆ์ที่มีคุณอเนกอนันต์ต่อพุทธศาสนาและประเทศชาติ เป็นที่เคารพศรัทธาของ พุทธศาสนิกชนจำนวนมาก หลวงพ่อคูณมรณภาพเมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2558 สิริอายุ 92 ปี รวม 71 พรรษา
