ตั้งอยู่บนยอดเขาพนมเพลิงภายในกำแพงเมืองศรีสัชนาลัย มีเจดีย์ประธานทรงกลม และมณฑปก่อด้วยศิลาแลง ฐานสี่เหลี่ยมจตุรัสยกพื้นสูง หลังคาโค้งแหลม มีบันไดทางขึ้นสู่มณฑป ชาวบ้านเรียกว่า ศาลเจ้าแม่ละอองสำลี สามารถขึ้นวัดได้ 2 ทาง คือ ด้านหน้าวัดแก่งหลวงและด้านข้างวัด ซึ่งทางขึ้นได้ทำเป็นบันไดศิลาแลง ระหว่างทางขึ้นมีศาลาพักด้วย
