ตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำยม ห่างจากวัดพระศรีรัตนมหาธาตุมาทางทิศตะวันออกประมาณ 400 เมตร โบราณสถานที่สำคัญคือ เจดีย์ประธานทรงกลมก่อด้วยศิลาแลง วิหารอยู่ด้านหน้าเจดีย์ประธานก่อด้วยศิลาแลงขนาด 6 ห้อง มีมุขยื่นออกมาด้านหน้า ด้านหลังพระวิหารเชื่อมต่อกับมณฑป คล้ายเป็นห้องทึบอยู่ท้ายวิหาร หลังคาใช้ศิลาแลงก่อเหลื่อมเข้าหากันเป็นรูปจั่วแหลม ด้านหน้าทั้งสองข้างมณฑปทำเป็นซุ้มจระนำ 2 ซุ้ม ด้านหลังมีซุ้มจระนำเดิมประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปนาคปรก แต่ปัจจุบันได้สูญหายไปแล้ว นอกจากนี้ยังมีลวดลายปูนปั้นที่หน้าบันด้านหลังมณฑป
