อยู่ในเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ทุ่งใหญ่นเรศวรฝั่งตะวันออก เป็นน้ำตกที่อยู่บนโตรกผา มีลักษณะเป็นเพิงผาคล้ายถ้ำริมลำน้ำแม่กลอง โดยมีลำธารน้ำสายใหญ่ไหลผ่านหน้าผาสูงชันตกลงสู่ลำน้ำแม่กลองสูงประมาณ 80 เมตร ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติที่สวยงาม น้ำตกทีลอเรเหมาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ชอบการเดินทางผจญภัย และศึกษาธรรมชาติ การเดินทาง ใช้เส้นทางสายอุ้มผาง-บ้านปะละทะ เริ่มต้นจากหมู่บ้านกะเหรี่ยงปะละทะด้วยการล่องเรือยางไปตามลำน้ำแม่กลองใช้เวลาเดินทาง 3 วัน หมายเหตุ นักท่องเที่ยวต้องเตรียมอุปกรณ์ในการพักค้างแรมระหว่างทาง 2 คืน และต้องเตรียมอาหารไปเอง
