น้ำตกสวนห้อม เป็นน้ำตกขนาดเล็ก มี 2 ชั้น ติดกัน ตั้งอยู่ในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติทับลาน อยู่ทางเดียวกันกับน้ำตกห้วยใหญ่ ก่อนจะถึงน้ำตก มีแอ่งน้ำแต่ส่วนมากไม่มีคนเล่นน้ำเนื่องจากน้ำเป็นสีแดง และมีลำธารเล็ก ๆ จากน้ำตกอยู่บ้าง นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถไปดูนก แคมปิง หรือเล่นน้ำตกได้ โดยน้ำตกสวนห้อมแห่งนี้จะมีน้ำมากในช่วงหน้าฝน ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม-เดือนตุลาคมของทุกปี บริเวณน้ำตกสวนห้อมมีบ้านพักและลานกางเต็นของหน่วยพิทักษ์อุทยานแห่งชาติทับลานที่ 13 มีจุดชมวิวที่สวยงามพอจะมีต้นลานให้ดูดอกลานได้บ้างในช่วงเดือนกันยายน
