ตั้งอยู่ตำบลปากน้ำประแส เป็นชุมชนโบราณตั้งแต่สมัยอยุธยา มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ด้วยทรัพยากรทางธรรมชาติ และมีความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม ชาวบ้านในชุมชนรวมกลุ่มกันอนุรักษ์วิถีชีวิตดั้งเดิม และมีตลาดถนนคนเดินแบบโบราณที่สองฝั่งถนนเต็มไปด้วยอาคารบ้านเรือนอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 100 ปี ในพื้นที่มีบ้านพักโฮมสเตย์ไว้รองรับนักท่องเที่ยวกิจกรรมในชุมชน ได้แก่ ชมทุ่งโปรงทอง ชมสาธิตการทำชาใบขลู่ ชมเรือรบหลวงประแส ล่องเรือประมงชมทัศนียภาพปากน้ำประแส ชมหิ่งห้อย และสักการะศาลเสด็จเตี่ย (พระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ กรมหลวงชุมพรเขตอุดมศักดิ์)
