ตั้งอยู่ในตัวเมืองใกล้สี่แยกจุดตัดของถนนอินใจมีกับถนนสำราญรื่น เดิมชื่อวัดต้นมะขาม ภายในวัดเป็นที่เก็บบานประตูของวิหารหลังใหญ่ และเก่าแก่มากของวัดพระฝาง บานประตูทำจากไม้ปรูขนาดกว้าง 2.2 เมตร สูง 5.3 เมตร และหนา 16 เซนติเมตร แกะสลักในสมัยอยุธยาเป็นลายกนกก้านขด มีลายพุ่มทรงข้าวบิณฑ์ 7 พุ่ม ระหว่างพุ่มมีกนกใบเทศขนาบสองด้าน กล่าวกันว่า เป็นบานประตูไม้แกะสลักที่มีความงามเป็นที่สองรองลงมาจากประตูวิหารวัดสุทัศน์ที่กรุงเทพฯ
