วัดแห่งนี้มีความโดดเด่นอยู่ที่องค์พระธาตุอันเป็นเจดีย์สีขาวสร้างขึ้นตามศิลปะประยุกต์ที่มีความสูงประมาณ 20 เมตรมีลักษณะทรงระฆังคว่ำตั้งอยู่บนฐานแปดเหลี่ยม ภายในบรรจุพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ และการเดินทางขึ้นไปสักการะนั้น ต้องขึ้นบันไดสู่องค์พระธาตุประมาณ 200 ขั้น ซึ่งไม่เพียงจะได้ชมความงามของพระธาตุองค์นี้เท่านั้น แถมยังเป็นจุดชมวิวเมืองสวีที่น่าประทับใจอีกด้วย
