เป็นวัดนิกายมหายาน มีศาลาและพระอุโบสถที่ตกแต่งด้วยกระเบื้องโมเสก เป็นลวดลายต่าง ๆ อย่างงดงาม ภายในวัดมีบรรยากาศที่เงียบสงบและร่มรื่น เหมาะสำาหรับผู้ที่สนใจในการปฏิบัติธรรม
วัดมีงานประจำาปีสองงาน คือ งานบุญกฐิน จัดขึ้นหลังช่วงเทศกาล
ออกพรรษา และงานทำาบุญประจำาปีของวัด จัดขึ้นหลังวันตรุษจีน 21 วัน จะมีประชาชนเดินทางมาร่วมทำาบุญถือศีลและพำานักที่วัดตลอดช่วงการจัดงาน 7-10 วันวัดเปิดทุกวัน เวลา 06.00-18.00 น.
