ตั้งอยู่ตำบลบางพระ เคยเป็นที่พำนักของบิดาแห่งการศึกษาจังหวัดตราด คือ ท่านเจ้าคุณพระวิมลเมธาจารย์ วรญาณนุรักษ์ สังฆปราโมก ภายในวัดมีสวนพุทธธรรมให้ประชาชนปฏิบัติธรรม และมีเจดีย์พิพิธภัณฑ์สามท่านเจ้าคุณซึ่งเป็นที่เคารพของคนในจังหวัดตราด วัดนี้เป็นสถานที่ที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิตติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เคยเสด็จพระราชดำเนินไปทรงพระราชกุศลถวายผ้าพระกฐินเป็นการส่วนพระองค์ พร้อมเสด็จฯ เยี่ยมเยียนประชาชนชาวตราด ที่เดินทางมาเข้าเฝ้ารับเสด็จอย่างเนืองแน่นเมื่อวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2511
