ตั้งอยู่ในตำบลท่าสายลวด บริเวณริมฝั่งแม่น้ำเมย ตรงข้ามกับอำเภอเมียวดี สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมา เป็นตลาดค้าขายสินค้าพื้นเมืองมากมายทั้งของประเทศไทยและเมียนมา เช่น หน่อไม้แห้ง ปลาแห้ง ปลาหัวยุ่ง เห็ดหอม ถั่ว เครื่องหนัง ผ้าซาติน ฯลฯ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นตลาดการค้าอัญมณี เช่น หยก ทับทิม และพลอยสีที่มาจากเมียนมา
