อยู่บริเวณด่านผ่านแดนบ้านห้วยโก๋น ด่านตรงข้ามคือเมืองน้ำเงิน แขวงไชยะบุรี สปป.ลาว อยู่ห่างจากเมืองน่าน 138 กิโลเมตร ตลาดจะมีทุกวันเสาร์เริ่มตั้งแต่ ตี 5 ถึงใกล้เที่ยง สินค้าที่จำหน่าย ได้แก่ ผ้าทอลายน้ำไหล ฝีมือชาวไทลื้อ สินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค เช่น ของป่า ลูกต๋าว (ลูกตาว) เป็นต้น อนุญาตให้ประชาชนไทย-ลาว เข้า ออกด่านนี้ทุกวัน เวลา 08.00-18.00 น.
