ถ้ำเขาปินะ ประกอบไปด้วยถ้ำต่าง ๆ จำนวนหลายถ้ำสามารถผ่านทะลุถึงกันได้ แต่ละชั้นเป็นบันไดทอดกันไปแต่ชันมาก ในเขาปินะมีถ้ำ 8 ถ้ำ ได้แก่ ถ้ำพระ ถ้ำเจดีย์ ถ้ำล่องลม ถ้ำจำปา ถ้ำหอยโข่ง ถ้ำมะขาม ถ้ำกระดูก และถ้ำน้ำ โดยชั้นบนสุดที่ถ้ำจำปาและถ้ำมะขามมีลานหินยื่นออกไปสำหรับนั่งชมวิวและมีพระพุทธรูปประดิษฐานอยู่ ส่วนบนหน้าผามีจารึกประปรมาภิไธย ย่อ ป.ป.ร. ถ้ำเขาปินะเคยมีเจ้านาย เชื้อพระวงศ์ และพระมหากษัตริย์ ได้เคยมาเยี่ยมและเสด็จประพาสทั้งสิ้น 4 ครั้ง...
