ถ้ำจระเข้ เป็นถ้ำที่มีความลึกประมาณ 300 เมตร ในพื้นที่อุทยานแห่งชาติตะรุเตา ภายในมีหินงอกหินย้อยสวยงามและมีลักษณะแตกต่างกันไป การเดินทางไปถ้ำจระเข้ต้องนั่งเรือหางยาวไปตามคลองพันเตมะละกา ซึ่งอุดมไปด้วยป่าชายเลนที่มีไม้โกงกางจำนวนมากตลอดสองฝั่งคลองโดยใช้เวลาล่องเรือประมาณ 20 นาที และใช้เวลาชมถ้ำประมาณหนึ่งชั่วโมง ติดต่อได้ที่ศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยวของอุทยานฯ ผู้ที่จะเที่ยวชมภายในตัวถ้ำควรนำไฟฉายไปด้วย
