ตั้งอยู่บ้านผาเบียด ตำบลห้วยยาง ภายในสวนรุกขชาติ มีน้ำผุดทัพลาว ซึ่งเป็นตาน้ำธรรมชาติ มีน้ำไหลเป็นธารตลอดปี น้ำใสสะอาดและปราศจากกลิ่น แอ่งน้ำขนาดเล็กบ้างใหญ่บ้างสามารถลงเล่นน้ำได้ ล้อมรอบด้วยป่าเบญจพรรณ ใกล้กับตาน้ำผุด มี “พระพุทธรูปเก่าแก่” และ “เจ้าพ่อหมื่นตื้อ” เป็นที่เคารพสักการะของชาวบ้านและนักท่องเที่ยว มีบริการเถียงนาน้อย (บ้านไม้ไผ่น้อย) ร้านอาหาร และร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าที่ระลึก
