ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ตั้งอยู่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำบางปะกง ถนนปราจีนอนุสรณ์ ข้างหอประชุมอำเภอเมือง เดิมเป็นอาคารในโรงจักรถลุงทอง จัดสร้างโดยพระปรีชากลกาล (สำอาง อมาตยกุล) สร้างในรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีสถาปัตยกรรมผสมระหว่างศิลปกรรมไทยกับแบบตะวันตก ทางกรมศิลปากรได้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นโบราณสถานและได้ทำการบูรณะซ่อมแซม ปัจจุบันใช้เป็นอาคารสำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีและสำนักงานเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี
