关于此景点
The bright yellow of the sunflowers blooms across the fields as far as the eye can see, creating an impressive spectacle that tourists eagerly await. When the cool breeze arrives during November-December, the roadsides in Saraburi province become a spectacle of sunflowers, proudly displaying their blooms to the sun. Sunflower cultivation areas in Saraburi (sunflower fields saraburi) span tens of thousands of rai, including districts such as Phra Phutthabat, Kaeng Khoi, Nong Don, Nong Khae, and Muak Lek. Wang Muang district has the largest cultivation area. Additionally, the border area between Lopburi and Saraburi provinces along the Phatthana Nikhom-Wang Muang development road also has extensive sunflower farming. Therefore, every year, the Sunflower Blooming Festival is organized, rotating among the different districts, with each area offering unique beauty and activities. If you enjoy driving through sunflower fields amidst hills, grasslands, horse farms, dairy farms, and vineyards, we recommend Wang Muang and Muak Lek districts. The sunflowers are in full bloom between December and January. For those who wish to see sunflower fields in a valley setting, suitable for a family rally, we recommend Hin Son and Tha Khlo sub-districts in Kaeng Khoi district. During November-December, the sunflowers bloom most vibrantly, covering over 20,000 rai in many sub-districts. Taking a train to view the sunflower fields is another interesting perspective. We recommend taking the Bangkok-Nong Khai train line. As you enter the Tha Khlo and Hin Son sub-districts of Kaeng Khoi, you will see vast sunflower fields stretching along both sides of the railway tracks. We advise visiting from mid-December to the end of the month for a guaranteed beautiful sight. Furthermore, during the Sunflower Blooming Festival, besides admiring the sunflowers up close and taking beautiful photos, there is also educational information about sunflower cultivation and the benefits of sunflower seeds. You can also shop for health products such as roasted sunflower seeds, sunflower honey, etc. If you have time, you can also visit nearby attractions, pay respects at Phra Phutthabat and Phra Phutthachai, explore caves, admire waterfalls, enjoy vineyards with wine tasting, and savor tender beef steaks, among other activities at various tourist spots along the route to the sunflower fields, making for a truly fulfilling day trip. Due to the popularity of sunflower fields among tourists, many provinces have started cultivating them to welcome visitors. However, Saraburi and Lopburi remain the top destinations with the most extensive fields, offering continuous blooms from late year to early year. Visiting sunflower fields primarily focuses on photography, so timing is crucial for the best light. Some locations also offer other activities for tourists, such as horseback riding, cycling, and ATV rides.
