バンコクから約230キロ、タイとカンボジアの国境に位置するクロンルック地区にあるロンクルア市場（ミトラパープ国境市場）。タイの重要な国境貿易市場です。かつてこの地域は塩を貯蔵し、カンボジア人に塩漬け魚を作るために販売していたため、「ロンクルア」（塩の貯蔵庫）と呼ばれていました。しかし、1979年から1993年の戦争により、塩の需要が減少したため、ロンクルアの地域は現在の市場に姿を変えました。市場には大きな建物のような店舗が並び、部屋ごとに仕切られています。真鍮製品、陶器、衣類、電化製品、竹細工、乾燥食品など、さまざまな商品が販売されています。
