พิพิธภัณฑ์ปลาหิน เกิดจากแรงบันดาลใจของนายกิตติ สินอุดม อดีตไต้ก๋งเรือ ที่นำก้อนหินมาแกะสลักเป็นปลาชนิดต่าง ๆ และจัดอย่างเป็นหมวดหมู่ตามลักษณะของท้องทะเล ปลาที่แกะสลักไว้ เช่น กลุ่มปลาจักรพันธุ์หรือปลาตาเดียว ปลาฉลาม ปลากระเบนปลาแก้ว ปลาสมก และปลาโคกมัน นอกจากนี้ยังมีหมึกชนิดต่าง ๆ เช่น หมึกหอม หมึกกล้วย หมึกกระตุ้ม และหมึกกบ ภายในพิพิธภัณฑ์จำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางทะเลจากกลุ่มแม่บ้านบางน้ำจืด เปิดให้เข้าชมทุกวัน เวลา 08.00-16.00 น. สอบถามข้อมูลโทรศัพท์ 0 7737 1197
