ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากประตูท่าแพ 2 กิโลเมตร เป็นคลองโบราณกลางเมืองเชียงใหม่ซึ่งถูกปรับปรุงให้เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โดยตกแต่งสถานที่ผสมผสานระหว่างความเป็นญี่ปุ่นกับความเป็นล้านนา มีความยาวประมาณ 750 เมตร ตกแต่งด้วยอิฐบล็อกคล้ายกับเมืองโอตารุ จังหวัดฮอกไกโด ประเทศญี่ปุ่น มีร้านค้าและร้านอาหารให้เลือกจับจ่ายให้สอยมากมายทั้งสองฟากฝั่ง
