ナラセート通り、ラムプー地区に位置し、1574年（仏暦2117年）にソンクラーム・ナラセーク・マハラートが、当時ビルマの属国であったタイを助けるためにヴィエンチャン（現在のチェンマイ）にあるルアンパバーン王国を支援するために軍を率いてノーンブアランプー地区にやってきた際の記念碑として建立されました。しかし、ソンクラーム・ナラセーク・マハラートが病気になったため、ビルマ国王は軍をアユタヤに引き返させました。この場所は、ノーンブアランプー県ムアン郡庁舎前のノーンブア湖畔にある公園内にあります。毎年1月25日から2月3日までは、県が祝賀会とソンクラーム・ナラセーク・マハラートの魂への敬意を表す儀式を執り行います。
