ตั้งอยู่บ้านลาดเจริญ ตำบลนาแวง เป็นหาดทรายริมฝั่งแม่น้ำโขงที่เกิดจากการพัดพาทรายของกระแสน้ำและลมมาทับถมกันจนมีความสูงและมีความยาวหลายสิบเมตร พื้นที่บางแห่งเป็นแก่งหินน้อยใหญ่สวยงาม เป็นจุดชมทัศนียภาพริมฝั่งโขงที่สวยงาม และเป็นที่นิยมในการถ่ายภาพให้ดูเหมือนอยู่ในทะเลทราย โดยเฉพาะในช่วงฤดูร้อน ระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม-เดือนพฤษภาคม หาดทรายสูงจะปรากฏเด่นชัด ช่วงเวลาที่แนะนำคือช่วงเช้าหรือช่วงเย็น มีร้านอาหารบนแพและร้านกาแฟให้บริการ
