หาดมโนภิรมย์เป็นชายหาดที่ปรากฏขึ้นในฤดูร้อน (มีนาคม-พฤษภาคม) ยื่นออกไปในแม่น้ำโขง 200 เมตร จะเห็นหาดทรายทอดยาวไปขนาบแม่น้ำโขง 2-3 กิโลเมตร นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถลงไปเดินเล่นสัมผัสหาดทราย ชมทิวทัศน์สะพานมิตรภาพแห่งที่ 2 ซึ่งมองเห็นได้ อย่างชัดเจน บริเวณหาดมีร้านจำหน่ายอาหารเครื่องดื่ม ซุ้มรับประทานอาหารกลางแม่น้ำโขงและบริการเช่าห่วงยาง สนุกกับกิจกรรมทางน้ำ เรือบานานาโบ๊ท โซฟาโบ๊ท ในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์จะมีการจัดงาน "เทศกาลสงกรานต์หาดมโนภิรมย์" อย่างสนุกสนานครึกครื้น
