ตั้งอยู่หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลมายอ ห่างจากตัวอำเภอ 3 กิโลเมตร นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถชมโขดหินธรรมชาติที่ถูกเล่าขานถึงความศักดิ์สิทธิ์จากบ่อน้ำที่ก่อด้วยอิฐกว้าง 2 ศอก ลึกประมาณ 5 ศอก ซึ่งในสมัยหนึ่งทางราชการการได้เคยนำน้ำจากบ่อน้ำแห่งนี้ ไปใช้ในพิธีราชาภิเษกหลายรัชกาล จากนั้นได้มีการสร้างโบสถ์ครอบบ่อน้ำศักดิ์สิทธิ์เอาไว้ ก่อนเปิดให้ประชาชนทั่วไปมาสักการบูชา นอกจากนี้ บนเขาฤๅษีนี้ในปัจจุบันยังเป็นที่ตั้งของวัดเขาฤๅษีแปลงสาสน์ อันเป็นที่เคารพบูชาของชาวปัตตานีและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง
