เกาะตะละเบ็ง อยู่ในกลุ่มเกาะลันตา อยู่ด้านฝั่งตะวันออกของเกาะลันตา ลักษณะเป็นหินปูน มีชายหาดเล็ก ๆ สามารถลงเล่นน้ำได้และโพรงถ้ำด้านหลังเกาะ ในช่วงน้ำลดสามารถพายคายัคเข้าไปชมหินงอกหินย้อยภายในโพรงถ้ำได้ บริเวณใกล้เคียงเกาะตะละเบ็งจะมีเกาะผีซึ่งอยู่ไปทางทิศเหนือ ลักษณะคล้ายรูปหัวกะโหลก สามารถพายพายัคเที่ยวชมบริเวณรอบ ๆ ได้
