Local Tourism Promotion Project, Samut Songkhram Province “Dhon Hoi Lod Sunset Festival”

Samut Songkhram Province, by the Office of Tourism and Sports, Samut Songkhram Province, has organized the Local Tourism Promotion Project, Samut Songkhram Province, “Dhon Hoi Lod Sunset Festival” for the year 2069 (BE 2569), from June 20-21, 27-28, and July 1-5, 2069 (BE 2569) at the area of Krom Luang Chumphon Khet Udomsak Shrine, Samut Songkhram, Bang Jakreng Sub-district, Mueang District, Samut Songkhram Province. The objectives are to promote tourism, generate income, and stimulate the overall economy of the province, as well as to publicize the good, outstanding, and famous products of Samut Songkhram Province to be widely known. 
Within the event, there will be numerous food stalls and souvenir shops selling fresh and dried seafood, fresh and dried razor clams, fish sauce, Klone Khone shrimp paste, palm sugar, fresh palm sap, etc. There will also be cultural performances, OTOP product display booths, cooking competitions, fast clam-eating contests, blindfolded jar-hitting games, musical entertainment, and famous singers. Additionally, there will be different competitions each day, including the Dhon Hoi Lod Miss Pageant, local sailboat races, local rowing boat races, closest-to-the-pin golf competitions, sea boxing matches, and the Dhon Hoi Lod Music Festival band competition.
