Wat Nong Hoi

Located in the Khao Raeng subdistrict, on the peak of Khao Raeng is the sanctuary of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva Guanyin, measuring 16 meters in height with a lap width of 9 meters. On the other side of the peak is enshrined the Phra Buddha Ratanakosin Mahamuni (Luang Por Yai). Getting there: The temple is approximately 13 kilometers from Ratchaburi town, following the Kha Ngu–Bering Phrai road for about 5 kilometers. Cars can drive up to the sanctuary area. Open daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. An annual event is held during the Chinese New Year festival.
