History & Significance

Aquaria Phuket is situated within Central Phuket Floresta, a high-end shopping destination that officially opened on September 10, 2018. Developed by Central Pattana as part of the massive Central Phuket project—often referred to as 'The Beating Heart of Phuket'—the Floresta building caters to premium visitors and houses this world-class aquarium on its basement (B1) level, making it a key entertainment landmark on Phuket Island.

Highlights & What to See

The aquarium features over 25,000 creatures showcased across 9 different zones. A major highlight is the South China Sea exhibition, which holds 3.5 million liters of saltwater and is home to large sharks, stingrays, and vibrant schools of fish. Visitors can enjoy unique performances, such as the spectacular Russian mermaid show, as well as interactive experiences like feeding sharks and small stingrays, and touching various marine animals.

Aquaria Phuket is open daily from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Admission fees vary by visitor type:

• Thai Citizens & Work Permit/Driving License Holders:
  • Aquarium Only: 590 THB for adults, 350 THB for children (height 91-140 cm).
  • Aquarium + Trickeye: 790 THB for adults, 490 THB for children (height 91-140 cm).
• Foreign Visitors: 1,090 THB for adults, 590 THB for children.

How to Get There

Aquaria Phuket is located on the B1 Floor of Central Phuket Floresta, situated in Phuket Province. The Floresta building is connected to the Festival building on the first floor, making it easily accessible for shoppers and tourists visiting the Central Phuket complex.
