Ang Thong Legend Museum

History & Significance

The Ang Thong Legend Museum is situated in front of the Ang Thong Provincial Hall in the heart of Ang Thong. It was established to preserve and present the historical journey, culture, and local wisdom of Ang Thong Province from ancient times to the modern era. The museum is currently under the care and management of the Ang Thong Provincial Administrative Organization.

• Loving Ang Thong from the Heart Room: Reflects the local pride and community spirit of the residents.

Visitor Information

The Ang Thong Legend Museum is open to the public from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 AM and 04:30 PM. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Admission is free of charge. For group visits, please contact the Ang Thong Provincial Administrative Organization in advance at 0 3587 3301 to coordinate the visit.

How to Get There

The museum is conveniently located in front of the Ang Thong Provincial Hall (Sala Klang) in the town center of Ang Thong. Visitors can easily reach the site by local transport or private vehicle. It is situated on the banks of the Chao Phraya River within the main municipal area of the province.
