It is a center for historical, archaeological, and cultural information of the province. Inside are exhibition rooms displaying the development of culture and various archaeological sites. There is also a 110-seat theater showcasing traditions and arts and culture. This cultural center was completed in June 1992. Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening ceremony on August 17, 1992.
