วนอุทยานน้ำตกธารทิพย์ (น้ำตกธารททิพย์) หรือชื่อเรียกอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า "น้ำตกหมูบูด" เป็นน้ำตกชั้นเดียวขนาดใหญ่ สูง 26 เมตร กว้าง 30 เมตร มีน้ำไหลตลอดทั้งปี ที่มีชื่อเสียงและเป็นที่รู้จักของชาวเพชรบูรณ์ น้ำตกแห่งนี้เป็นต้นน้ำของห้วยน้ำคล้าและทำให้เกิดธารน้ำไหล จนกลายเป็นน้ำตกชั้นเล็ก ๆ ลดหลั่นไปตลอดสาย ขณะเดียวกันตามลำธารยังเต็มไปด้วย ตาดน้ำ แก่งหินเป็นระยะทางยาวกว่า 2 กิโลเมตร เต็มไปด้วยธรรมชาติที่ร่มรื่นสวยงามสวยงาม
