วัดถ้ำตลอด อยู่บ้านถ้ำตลอด หมู่ที่ 6 ตำบลเขาแดง เป็นวัดแบบมหานิกาย ภายในวัดมีถ้ำเรียกว่า “ถ้ำตลอด” เป็นอุโมงค์ขนาดใหญ่ผ่านทะลุไปอีกฟากของภูเขา มีรูปปั้นยักษ์ขนาดใหญ่ สูงราว 6 เมตร ยืนเฝ้าอยู่ปากทางเข้าถ้ำ ภายในถ้ำมีพระพุทธรูปเก่าแก่อายุหลายร้อยปี สร้างด้วยไม้โบกทับด้วยปูนซีเมนต์ มีพระพุทธรูปปางไสยาสน์องค์ใหญ่ และพระพุทธรูปปางอื่น ๆ ให้สักการะ และยังมีหินงอกหินย้อยให้ได้ชมตลอดทางเดินในโถงถ้ำ การเดินทาง จากที่ว่าการอำเภอสะบ้าย้อย ใช้ทางหลวงหมายเลข 4095 (สะบ้าย้อย-เขาแดง) ห่างจากตัวอำเภอ 25 กิโลเมตร
