ตั้งอยู่ในตลาดแม่สอด มีเจดีย์วิหารสัมพุทเธ ที่มีลักษณะแปลก คือ องค์เจดีย์จะมีเจดีย์เล็ก ๆ ล้อมรอบ 233 องค์ และมีพระพุทธรูปบรรจุอยู่ 512,028 องค์ มีโบสถ์เก่าอายุกว่า 200 ปี ที่หน้าบันและหลังคามีลายไม้ฉลุงดงาม บริเวณโดยรอบวัดมีซุ้มและศาลาประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปปางต่าง ๆ
