อยู่เชิงเขาบริเวณอ่าวน้อย ตำบลอ่าวน้อย มีอุโบสถไม้สักที่สวยงามมาก ภายในประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปหยกขาวจากเมียนมา ให้นักท่องเที่ยวมาเยี่ยมชมสักการะเพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล มีภาพวาดเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนารอบผนังโบสถ์และมีรูปปั้นพญานาคล้อมรอบอุโบสถ นอกจากนี้ ในบริเวณวัดมีถ้ำพระนอน ซึ่งอยู่บนภูเขาด้านติดทะเลอ่าวน้อย โดยต้องเดินขึ้นไปตามขั้นบันได ระหว่างทางสามารถชมทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของท้องทะเลได้ ภายในถ้ำ ประดิษฐานพระพุทธไสยาสน์ 2 องค์ ห่มจีวรสีเหลืองลักษณะเดียวกัน เป็นพระพุทธไสยาสน์ที่งดงาม และหาชมได้ยาก
