瓦吉拉隆功大坝（考炼大坝）位于 Taha Khanun 镇 444 号，建在 Kwai Noi 河上。这是泰国第一个使用钢筋混凝土覆盖斜面的堆石坝，坝高 92 米，坝顶宽 10 米，长 1,019 米。其建设目的是发电、防洪和灌溉。水库位于通巴颂坡县和三廊卡尼县境内，蓄水量为 88.6 亿立方米，年均入库水量为 55 亿立方米。
大坝上游景色优美，适合乘船游览，坝内还提供浮动客房服务。
