ตั้งอยู่หมู่ที่ 2 บ้านโขดทราย ตำบลหาดเล็ก บนเส้นทางสายตราด-คลองใหญ่ บริเวณหลักกิโลเมตรที่ 81-82 ซึ่งสามารถวัดระยะความกว้างจากชายฝั่งทะเลถึงเส้นแบ่งเขตแดนทิวเขาบรรทัดไทย–กัมพูชา ได้เพียง 450 เมตรเท่านั้น นักท่องเที่ยวจึงนิยมมาเก็บภาพ ชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน และยังสามารถมองเห็นเกาะกูดได้อีกด้วย
