Phra That Prasit

Enshrined at Wat That Prasit, it was originally an ancient pagoda. The construction date is unknown until a major restoration in 1833. The shape was modeled after Phra That Phanom but on a smaller scale.
The base of the pagoda measures 20.80 meters in circumference and it stands 28.52 meters high. Inside are enshrined the Buddha's relics, the relics of Arhats, soil from the four holy sites of Buddhism, and many ancient Buddha images. It is the sacred pagoda for those born on Thursday. Those who pay homage to this pagoda will receive blessings that lead to success in their endeavors.
