ตั้งอยู่ตำบลสำโรง เป็นหน้าผาหินทรายที่เกิดจากการกัดเซาะของธรรมชาติ มีความสูงประมาณ 50 เมตร ซึ่งเส้นทางทอดยาวไปประมาณ 5 กิโลเมตร ปกติแล้วจะจมอยู่ใต้แม่น้ำโขง แต่เมื่อถึงหน้าแล้ง น้ำในแม่น้ำโขงลดลง ผาชันจะปรากฏขึ้นมา ทำให้เกิดลักษณะเป็นหุบลึก จากริมผาจะเห็นร่องแม่น้ำโขง พร้อมวิถีชีวิตชาวบ้านที่ล่องเรือ ทอดแห วางอวน สลับไปมาทั้งสองฝั่งโขง
