อีกหนึ่งพิกัดที่แม่ๆบ้านผ้าขาวม้าหมักโคลนนาคีแนะนำให้เรามาถ่ายรูปเก็บไว้คือ จุดเช็คอินที่อยู่เหนือสุดของดินแดนภาคอีสาน โดยเราต้องขับรถเลยขึ้นไปตามถนนประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร ก็จะพบกับป้ายเช็คอินริมฝั่งแม่น้ำโขงพร้อมกับวิวภูเขาสูงใหญ่จากฝั่งลาวที่ดูเงียบสงบมาก ๆ ลมพัดเย็นสบาย ซึ่งหลายคนอาจจะสงสัยว่าทำไมที่แห่งนี้ถึงได้ชื่อว่าเป็น “จุดสูงสุดของภาคอีสาน” เราก็ได้หาคำตอบและพบว่ามันเป็นขอบเขตของภาคอีสานที่อยู่ในเส้นละติจูดที่สูงที่สุดนั่นเอง ใครที่มาเที่ยวบ้านสะง้อต้องไม่พลาดที่จะมาเช็คอินเท่ๆ เก็บไว้
